15A NCAC 07I .0402        INELIGIBLE ACTIVITIES

(a)  Costs not associated with CAMA permit letting are ineligible for reimbursement.

(b)  The following costs are not ineligible:

(1)           the costs of local appeal,

(2)           attorneys fees,

(3)           bookkeeping or accountant costs,

(4)           fines and penalties.
